Refund Policy

We have a no-refund policy on opened items.

Because tea is a food product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any tea that has been opened or used.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The item was purchased directly from teayona.com, and

  • The order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

We are unable to review or process issues for orders purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces. Please contact the original seller for assistance with those orders.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative payment methods.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the product, opened tea items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
